News Release-November 8, 2004-Jobwerx News-Exlcusive distribution agreement between KSP of Korea and Alcoa Flexible Packaging for spout pouches in the United States and Canada.

Acloa Flexible Packaging has agreed to exclusively distribute and sell KSP's "spout pouches" in the U.S. and Canada.

Spout pouches are rotogravure printed flexible pouches with gusseted sides or bottoms and a recloseable fitment, which are especially ideal for single-serve juice beverages and other viscous markets, such as cosmetics, health and beauty products, as well as industrial and medical products.

Under the agreement, AFP will also provide distribution and customer support for KSP's entire pouch portfolio, including retort, stand-up and specialty pouches.
