Plastics containers CCC makes move on Quintex

Rigid plastics containers manufacturer Consolidated Container Company announces its intentions to acquire Quintex, a custom injection and blow molder.

Consolidated Container Company (CCC) today announced its intent to acquire the assets of Quintex, Salt Lake City, UT, and Quintex, Spokane, WA. The acquisitions extend the CCC manufacturing footprint into the Mountain states and expand the technology platforms that already enable CCC to service a wide range of customers and attractive markets. While definitive agreements are currently being finalized, and no assurances can be given as to whether the acquisitions will close, CCC hopes to close the transactions in the next several weeks.
