Plastics Group Cyclics Management Changes Cyclics Corporation, manufacturer of innovative plastics, announces additions to Board of Directors and changes in management, moving forward into the next phase of growth.
Cyclics Corporation has announced the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board are Cyclics’ President and CEO, Glenn Decker, as Board Chairman, and long-time members of Cyclics’ management team Gary Faler and Roman Eder. Additional organizational changes include Roman Eder, managing director of Cyclics Europe GmbH, assuming responsibility for worldwide sales and marketing. Robert Sinuc, vice president of manufacturing, will assume responsibility for all day-to-day management and legal authority for Cyclics’ operations in Germany. Founders John Ciovacco and Ted Eveleth will be stepping down from the Board of Directors. Chairman Glenn Decker stated, “John Ciovacco and Ted Eveleth have done a remarkable job getting Cyclics to its present stage. We have a great product, a plant and a growing base of customers. The team we have assembled is exceptionally qualified to drive the company to the next level of performance.”
“As the company moves into the next phase of growth, I’m confident that the organization in place will continue to increase the value of Cyclics for the shareholders,” said John Ciovacco. “It has been a pleasure to work with the Cyclics team and share the experience of building this company to commercial reality.” Ted Eveleth added, “This completes the transition we initiated with the hiring of Glenn Decker in September. This is the team for the next stage in the life of this company.”
Outside directors and shareholders, Michael Cudahy, Walter Robb and John Akitt concur, with Cudahy stating, “This is an extraordinary company.
