DuPont™ ETPV is a new kind of thermoplastic vulcanizate delivering
the high performance of many thermoset rubbers along with substantial
savings in processing costs compared with thermosets.
In fuel vent tubing, it also delivers several other benefits, including
kink resistance and ease of assembly. Thanks to the excellent elasticity
of DuPont™ ETPV, the tube is easily and securely installed by pushing
it onto barbed connectors. It provides excellent strength, toughness
and flexibility over a broad temperature range (-40 to +125°C for fuel
vent tubing) and resistance to automotive fluids and grease.
