Flexline bottle filling for beverage packaging

The world of packaging is thinking about HAMBA Flexline, a system in high demand for bottle filling in the beverage industry.

An inline bottle filler that requires very little space, whilst simultaneously providing the highest possible degree of flexibility and a processing capacity of up to 60,000 bottles per hour (depending on the product and filling volume).

The machine is configured to include an integrated bottle descrambler along with an automatic inline bottle feeding system.

Capable of handling hot-filled beverages (up to 92°C), cold-filled liquids, or asepticly processed liquids – according to the customer’s specifications.

When it comes to the change-over times involved in switching to other bottle sizes, the Flexline fully lives up to its name: it remains flexible in every respect, resulting in a completely automated and speedy change-over to any one of a range of bottle formats.
