Flexline packaging machines under the microscope

The HAMBA Flexline packaging machine makes convenient refilling of lids possible while the machine is in operation because its lid station uses two removable magazines.

Convenient refill of lids while the machine is in operation: the HAMBA Flexline makes this possible because its lid station uses two removable magazines. While one magazine is supplying lids, the other one can be refilled. This reduces the stoppage time while freeing up the operator for other tasks. Additionally, the magazines are easy to reach and re-supply.

The lid station is completely enclosed in a sterile environment to allow aseptic filling and closing producing a product with a shelf life of up to one year. Maintenance of the lid station is also very easy: the magazine change device can be raised completely, allowing easy access to the system components underneath. The lid station is designed for a lubrication free operation, thus complying with the highest levels of hygienic standards.
