Ad Hoc Packaging division may be up for sale An international network of companies in the automobile and consumer goods industry markets is analyzing the possibility of selling off their packaging division.
The IWKA Group will continue to implement its strategy of concentrating on its core competencies and is analyzing a greater focus on the plant and systems technology division (Automotive) and the Robotics division. In conjunction with the above the Executive Board is analyzing the possibility of selling the Packaging division. The company's Supervisory Board approved this concept in a meeting held
on September 22, 2006. The IWKA Group is an international network of about 70 mid-sized companies - with a clear focus on automobile and consumer goods industry markets.
