Cleveland, OH-- June 11, 2004-The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), in partnership with Trade Show Consulting (TSC), will debut a new exposition, METALFORM Mexico, targeted at the metal stamping and fabricating industries as well as the assembly of these items in the Mexican market. Scheduled for November 10-12 at the Santa Fe Exposition Center in Mexico City, the exhibition will feature a full range of equipment, materials and services used by metalforming companies.

"METALFORM Mexico is a continuation of our long-term sponsorship of metalforming expositions in Mexico," commented William E. Gaskin, PMA president. "Mexico is an important marketplace for producers and distributors of metalforming equipment and related services, and PMA-sponsored exhibitions have been a key component of many exhibitors' marketing strategies since 1999," he continued. "We are delighted to form a partnership with TSC to bring METALFORM Mexico directly to the growing metalforming industry in Mexico, continuing to serve machine tool companies and suppliers of other equipment and services and their Mexican distributors to help them reach new customers," he stated. As a North American trade association with members throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, PMA offers a unique combination of metalforming knowledge as well as long-standing relationships with companies marketing equipment, materials and services to metalforming companies.

U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has granted Trade Fair Certification to METALFORM Mexico, the most recent installment of exhibitions sponsored by the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). The DOC's Trade Fair Certification is a cooperative arrangement between private sector show organizers and the U.S. government to increase and expand U.S. participation in overseas trade shows.
