Combo Aseptic has been developed for companies that require a cost-efficient system to distribute fruit concentrates, food preparations, dairy products and other kinds of liquid food and aseptic filling and discharging. The basis of Combo Aseptic is a plastic, foldable heavy duty container with hygienic design, developed by Schoeller Arca Systems. This intermediate bulk container with the name Combo is available in 4 different dimensions, with a capacity from 250 up to 1150 liters (65 – 300 gallon). This new IBC is easy to use, efficient to transport, reusable and requires little maintenance which results in considerable cost savings. The system’s user-friendly, hygienic design, excellent stacking performance and foldability make the plastic container an excellent alternative for stainless steel IBC’s. The ComboLife 270 combines hygienic and safe transport with low packaging costs per trip. In designing these IBCs, simple handling was the basic principle which
steered product development decisions and led to the creation of a truly
ergonomic, user-friendly system. These containers can be easily handled
by only one operator, and compared to traditional systems it is also very
simple to maintain and keep clean. Moreover, it is made of plastics, that
