Rotational Molders awards for Kynar plastics tank The Association of Rotational Molders awards Formed Plastics for an innovative product, the Kynar tank for the ThermoFlex chiller.

NESLAB ThermoFlex Recirculating Chillers deliver a continuous cooling
capacity up to 1400 watts. These units are reliable, easy-to-use chillers
optimized for the most demanding applications. The unit features a robust
refrigeration system designed for continuous use in a variety of environments.
The recirculation system incorporates highly reliable plumbing connections
to eliminate leaks. Integrated air and fluid filters minimize wear to
mechanical parts, which lowers lifetime maintenance costs and improves
system reliability. The molded and machined dimensions of the Kynar tank have extremely tight tolerances. Special cooling fixtures are used to ensure dimensional repeatability. The glass sight tube requires an unusual flatness tolerance, while a deep molded pocket meets stringent wall thickness specifications. * NESLAB ThermoFlex is a trademark of Thermo Scientific, part of Thermo
Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science.
