Thermo Electron Corporation, an industry leading producer of analytical and process instrumentation, announces the introduction of the HAAKE DynaMax™ temperature control system for critical laboratory and pilot applications. DynaMax units dissipate heat from exothermic, chemical reactions much faster than other products in their class and were developed to provide high performance and safety with greater ease of use and lower maintenance requirements.

The HAAKE DynaMax platform incorporates next-generation technology that withstands the most stringent laboratory requirements. In addition to fast cooling and heating rates, units can maintain precise temperatures over a wide temperature range.

"We took speed and accuracy to a new level when we designed the HAAKE DynaMax platform," said Scott Merrow, product marketing manager for Thermo Electron. "The platform is designed to meet a variety of demands in the laboratory environment, and the first units are ideal for cooling jacketed reactors and large rotary evaporators. The units are adaptable, dynamic and extremely fast while incorporating simple operating features, easy serviceability and a high safety standard."

Thermo Electron Corporation is the world leader in analytical instruments. Our instrument solutions enable our customers to make the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place. Thermo's Life and Laboratory Sciences segment provides analytical instruments, scientific equipment, services and software solutions for life science, drug discovery, clinical, environmental and industrial laboratories.
