In the last month, we've made a couple of substantial changes:
First, we've linked up with a new
supplier for tool steel, meaning that our range of sizes has gone from
a couple of hundred to over 1400 different sizes, in A2, O1, D2, S7, and
Low Carbon Tool Steels.
In addition, our new suppliers have allowed us to reduce our prices
by over 50% in most cases.
Second, ordering multiple pieces of
tool steel has become easier and cheaper - the more you buy, the better
the price!
Third, on larger sections of material
(over 5 pounds per linear foot), you'll see significant price decreases,
partly because of better deals we've negotiated with our suppliers, and
also because we've become more efficient in cutting larger sections.
