Brazil, Canada, Argentina, Japan). MACHINES Today Torninova Srl produce three main types of plants: the AIR BASIC
and MACBUBBLE machine with off-line processing (starting from PE rolls)
and the POWER BUBBLE machine with in-line processing (starting from PE
pellets). After twenty years of experiences in Air Bubble systems, we had a
completely new approach on Air Bubble film production, creating a new
patented machine called “AIR BASIC” with off-line processing. We considered the global process of air bubble and we indicated as
most important factors in production as energy, transportation costs (we
are transporting air) and storage. Following this approach we have designed new systems that recycling
completely the heat involved in the process cuts drastically the energy
costs. The AIR BASIC is fully automatic and the most advanced system in
the world with the following main features: - Flexibility of production: thanks to our innovative thermoforming
process by hot air, it can be stop and immediately restart without any
scrap of materials or down time. - A very marketable price, that allow to enter in the market of air
bubble film with low investment or, for the firms already present in this
market, to wide their market putting this machine in the specific area
where there is lot of consumption cutting the costs of transportation
and storage. - The lowest energy consumption (from 30 Kw) ,speed production over
30 meters for minute and no costs of maintenance. The AIR BASIC plant can be supplied with all possible accessories,
for example, additional moulder roll in different hole sizes (interchangeable
in 30 minutes), control unit to check, by our technical staff by modem
all system's functions and up date the parameters program, 3rd layer module
to produce 3 layers
MAC BUBBLE Is our typical system to produce Air Bubble film in a large quantity
(system speed
POWER BUBBLE It is our plant for the production of air bubble film with continuous
system (starting from granules of LDPE). The main characteristics of our air bubble film extrusion line are: - Sheet Width from 1.200mm up to 2.500 mm. - Extruder with a screw diameter from 65mm to 120 mm for a net production
from about 160 to about 450 Kg/h. (or more on request). - No. 2 flat extrusion dies manufactured in a special heat standing
steel with variable thickness from 0.2mm to 0.8mm (for the 1st die) and
from 0.3 to 1mm (for the 2nd die). - Temperature and plastic mass testing station (equipped with digital
gauge and - Completely automated with programmable touch screen control panel
for maximum control and efficiency of the production. - Steel moulder cylinder interchangeable and available in different
hole size. - In-line 3° layer group for the production of air bubble film laminated
with LDPE, paper, aluminium, HDPE and Foam. - 3 different type of rewinder: turret rewinder for rolls of 800
to 1.200mm diam. with the possibility to change the direction of the rewinding,
jumbo rewinder for rolls up to 2.500mm diam. and a innovative rewinder
completely automatic for the production of rolls from 20mt of length up
to 200mt equipped with core storage and gluing unit. Also this model can be equipped with all possible accessories in
order to follow any market request: perforating unit to pre-cut the air
bubble film transversally (min. interval 200mm), longitudinal blades to
split the roll, remote control unit to control and update the plant functions
from our technical centre and a in line ink-jet unit to personalize the
