Cincinnati Machine and German machine-tool leader DS Technologie GmbH (DST) have formed Cincinnati DST, a joint venture company, to offer products and services to North American users of large horizontal machine tools, specifically the die and mold, heavy equipment, and power generation industries.

Designs, engineers, builds, heavy duty chip cutting equipment including vertical turning systems, ram & spindle type horizontal boring machines, horizontal machining centers, planer & gantry type milling machines, cells and systems, high speed horizontal machines for the aircraft industry and high speed vertical machines for the automotive and tool & die industries.
